Wedding Dress Necklines Pt. 3

1
Cowl. The cowl neckline features loose, folded fabric at the collar (and was not named after Simon Cowell. Thankfully). Cowl necks should be avoided by women with petite frames, as they can shorten the look of the body.

2
Sweetheart. The sweetheart neckline features a heart-shaped line that dips at the center, like the top (or bottom) of a heart. The Sweetheart flatters virtually every figure.

3
V-Neck. The V-Neckline is often considered to be the most flattering neckline for all shapes and sizes. It dips sharply into a V at the center, and elongates the look of the neck.

4
Turtleneck. Though rare on a wedding dress, the turtleneck can be ironically revealing (and un-ironically flattering) when combined with a halter style.
